Thank you for the super quick translations and language clarification. I'll submit the non-world region dumps as Chinese then? Assuming that when some are shown to be released in Japan too, that it then gets changed to Japan region?

I guess you can submit them as Chinese dumps, there are just 9 Japanese dumps as far.
Try to check the languages if possible.
